Welcome to the world’s largest and most prestigious recognition program for experiential marketing. For more than a decade, the Ex Awards has shined a global spotlight on the power of brand experiences and the best use of face-to-face marketing. Judged entirely by brand-side marketers, this year’s Ex Awards offers 24 categories spanning every type of brand experience.

Use this portal for all entry submissions. Finalists will be announced in April. Winners will be featured in the May issue of Event Marketer, profiled on eventmarketer.com and included in Ex coverage across various content channels and social platforms. All told, Ex Awards coverage will reach more than 1.2 million marketers.

To begin your entry, ENTER NOW and proceed with the below. (If you already have an account, simply sign in on the left):

  1. Select the category you would like to enter from the drop down.
  2. Answer the questions regarding the client, campaign and entry contact to advance to the next screen.
  3. Indicate your company type and, if applicable, the client contact information to continue.
  4. Complete the entry form and click SAVE AND NEXT.
  5. Upload all supporting materials and select SAVE at the bottom of the page. Once saved click ADD TO CART.
  6. Select MAKE ANOTHER ENTRY at the bottom of the page to enter additional campaigns. If you are submitting the same campaign into a different category you can click COPY ENTRY and select a different category.
  7. After all entries are complete, return to your cart. Select CHECKOUT to enter your payment information and then PROCESS to officially submit your entries.
